Quercus Review #8, due out in May/June 2008, is currently full and no new poems/stories/art will be accepted for this issue. All new submissions will, however, be considered for QR #9 (due out in May/June 2009), so please be patient or consider waiting a few months before submitting. QR #8 info here.

The Journal: (Quercus Review)

Thank you for visiting Quercus Review (QR) online. Established in 2000, QR has quickly become a prominent literary arts journal, publishing numerous nationally recognized, award-winning authors and artists from around the world. Additionally, QR continues to discover new and emerging voices in fiction and poetry. However, our main goal is simply to publish the best work we can find. 

Recently featured contributors include X.J. Kennedy, Dorianne Laux, Naomi Shihab Nye, Wanda Coleman, Lawrence Raab, Gerald Locklin, Amiri Baraka, Lyn Lifshin, Charles Harper Webb, Efrem Sigel, Allison Joseph, Suzanne Lummis, Wilma Elizabeth McDaniel, Alan Catlin, Christopher Cunningham, Joseph Shields, and many more famous or up-and-coming, large and small press poets, writers, and artists.


The Books: (Quercus Review Press)
